Prince Leopold Island - Polar Bears

The bears were travelling along at the base of the cliffs which gave them rock and ice to walk over with stretches of water between to swim across, here they have just climbed out of the water and the right hand one is shaking himself dry.
Seeing Polar Bears were the times I wished I had a longer lens than the 200mm at the extreme of my zoom (approx. 300mm equivalent on 35mm). Being more used to Antarctic wildlife and its relative approachability (and lesser degree of lethalness to the observer!) I hadn't taken anything longer.
